Join a conversation with your colleagues on employee orientation programs, and find out in detail how three libraries developed and implemented successful orientation training. Become aware of challenges, new directions, and discuss how to continue to find more effective ways to bring new staff onboard.

Model Programs: Employee Orientation Programs is the first in a new CAMLS series showcasing the successes of our libraries in various aspects of library management that will give all members a chance to learn from each other and provide a jumping off point for further innovations. Future topics will cover model programs in staff development days, training programs for the public, and educating for diversity.
