This two-hour workshop is for anyone who is responsible for completing the CAMLS Union List of Periodical Holdings (CULPH) update form (UW-1, Rev. 8/88).

Millie Fry is the Assistant Director of the Cleveland Area Metropolitan Library System (CAMLS), and recipient of the 1995 OLC Librarian of the Year Award.
