This workshop will provide an overview of the management systems in an organization and describe the roles and practices that can help you become a more effective manager.Communication, planing and decision making will be given special emphasis during this 2 + day session.

Speaker
Maureen Sullivan is an organizational consultant specializing in libraries. She has 16 years of experience in training, developing and educating leaders in librarianship. Maureen has consulted with a variety of libraries in the areas of managing organizational change, strategic planning, leadership development, staff development and organizational redesign.
