Speaker
Maureen Sullivan an organizational development consultant specializing in libraries, has designed this series of programs based on her 16 years of experience in training and educating leaders in librarianship. She has served as consultant for a variety of libraries in the areas of managing organizational change, strategic planning, leadership development, staff development, and organizational redesign.
