This hands-on lecture/laboratory workshop will help you build upon the information from the Part I course. The Web search tools you’ve been introduced to will be examined more closely and compared with each other. You’ll learn to "power search" by using meta-searchers, making you a faster, more efficient searcher. You’ll also find out where you can locate web reviews, and how to use them to evaluate the information in the sites you find. Through structured exercises and plenty of hands-on practice, this workshop will take you one step closer to building an effective Web search strategy.
