Hi everyone - I told Terri after the IRS workshop that I would post a followup here. I apologize for being so late about doing so.

First, here are the necrology sites I promised. One is an online version of one library's card file. The other is an index to obituaries appearing in Notes, the journal of the Music Library Association, from 1966 through 1995.

The Music Library Association itself has a nice site, with links to a number of things, including the Association's electronic mailing list, MLA-L.

One thing which I'm not sure I made clear is that MusicalAmerica.com, the Web version of the standard industry directory, is a fee-based service.

I will try to remember this board on a semi-regular basis for at least the next month or so. If any questions remain, you could post them here, or contact me at mailto:[email protected] or 216-795-3151.
