No matter how effective you have been at satisfying the needs of your community in the past, your customers need new library services to meet the challenges of their changing world! How can you become a genius at anticipating these changes and helping build the better future for your community? The foundation of a successful library is leadership: risk, influence, and marketing for the better future. Marketing is your most effective tool, but it is more than promotion. It really means awareness and response: Awareness of your customer and responding to their needs with new services and promoting the library to the community. So where do you start?
