There are three critical dimensions upon which an individual must make a personal and professional transformation if he or she is to be successful at a new level in the organizational career hierarchy. These three critical management development dimensions are: the person's concept of his or her role, the skills and mix of skills demanded by the new role, and certain attitudinal or psychological changes necessary if the person is to be successful in the new role.

The Effective Supervisor workshop will address all three dimensions and provide you with an opportunity to self assess on each dimension to determine your areas of strength as well as areas in which you would like to develop.

This 2 day workshop is February 23 and March 23,
