It takes approximately 5-8 seconds to make an impression in person or on the phone. This program helps you put that "window of impression" to work for you and your organization.
There is a dynamic potential between employees, customers and the organization. When it is synergistic, employees, customers and the organization experience P.E.P.--Positive Energy Power. This is registered in the "tone" of your employees and the service they provide.

In this fun and highly interactive session, we will focus on your image with specific emphasis on improving your voice quality and intonation, body language, worth and the impact you have with your customers and in your life.

Course Content

  • Introduce the concept of V.O.I.C.E.
  • What goes on beneath the "tone"
  • Explore the four elements: Value, Opportunity, Impact, Connection and Energetic Magnetism. Exercises and Discussion
  • Hone your Vocal Skills and "Believability Index". Practice Vocal Exercises to improve voice quality. Explore common vocal errors and antidotes. Coach approach with role playing.


  • Learn and practice how to use the power of your voice, body language and intent to create a welcoming and professional image
  • Assess your voice strengths and weaknesses and learn how to immediately enhance the quality of your voice and thus, the quality of your image
  • Map the customer-image opportunities and differentiate the impact
  • Enhance your image by building, creating and appreciating value
  • Explore the dynamics of connection and how little things can improve your "Believability Index"
  • Take advantage of coaching to enhance your people connection effectiveness.
