Social sciences collections are broad and vast and are oftentimes the destination of many research questions. The breadth of this portion of the collection though can overwhelm reference staff seeking answers for their patrons. Learn from an expert and explore the social sciences like never before. This workshop will focus on current issues in education, government, social policy, and nonprofits and philanthropy. Participants will explore government and proprietary databases, encyclopedias, and relevant web sites.
