It comes as no surprise that staff morale is directly related to degrees of employee stress and personal power. Successful management of stress can create a vibrant, creative work force while its mismanagement can lead to a stagnant, negative work environment.

Myths and a lack of understanding stress can inhibit positive influence from the supervisory level. This half-day workshop will explore the relationship between cognitive, emotional, and behavioral aspects of individuals and how that relationship affects the workplace. Dr. Scott Sheperd will help you develop strategies to catalyze the power of those employees who bring enthusiasm and ideas to the workplace and minimize the damaging effects of employees who seem to spread negativity. Learn the social and behavioral factors that lead to a positive, creative work environment and you may take your staff and leadership skills to a higher level of success.
