Wireless technology is beginning to be implemented in libraries and schools across the country. The presenter of the CAMLS Spring workshop The Dog Ate My PDA , Steve Bush, returns to Cleveland to lead a workshop that defines wireless from single item use such as personal digital assistants and cell phones to wireless infrastructures. Costs and providers will be addressed along with functionality. Current applications and examples of use will also be examined especially in regards to library and educational application.

A panel of representatives from libraries currently using wireless technology will discuss and answer questions regarding the benefits, challenges of wireless implementation.
