This full day workshop provides a critical and comprehensive review of current online and print business resources that will assist information specialists in answering a simple business question, or meeting the needs of students and corporate executives. Presenter:
Carol T. Zsulya,
is the Business/Economics Librarian and Head of Access Services at Cleveland State University. Carol previously worked as a Business Information Specialist for General Electric Lighting in Cleveland where she was responsible for the business and scientific research library services worldwide. Carol has also worked as a marketing analyst and market researcher in a variety of industries including automotive, chemicals, construction, and real estate. Carol has a Master of Science in Library Science from Case Western Reserve University.
