Presenting yourself to an audience accounts for some of the most important time you spend during your day. Present with more impact and increase retention rates by incorporating graphics, charts, animation, and much more. This hands-on workshop will guide you through the basics of using Microsoft PowerPoint to support your presentations. You’ll learn how to create electronic presentations and important support materials like outlines, handouts, slides, and overheads.

Audience: Library directors and managers, trainers, reference librarians, children’s librarians, and any staff who frequently make presentations
Presenter:
David Bullock is the audiovisual specialist at Cuyahoga County Public Library, where he has over ten years' experience producing training and presentation support media. He conducts OPAC and Internet training and provides presentation skills training. He has taught classes for CAMLS, other regional library systems in Ohio, and OLC.
