Salary: $29,000-30,000
Principal duties: Responsibilities include: selection of print, multimedia and electronic resources for the Library's education collection; collaboration with faculty and staff to integrate information literacy skills into the curriculum; assistance to library staff and faculty to utilize the latest instructional technology in teaching information skills; provision of general reference/information assistance, including participation in the weekend reference rotation. Serves on committees as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum: ALA accredited MLS; two years of academic reference experience; strong interpersonal communication skills. Preferred: Degree in education from an accredited institution; experience developing web pages and working knowledge of web authoring software; teaching and/or instructional design experience.
