- Principal duties: Responsible for business operations and facilities. Works under the general direction of the Director. Ensures that all financial operations comply with State statutes; manages the Library's investment program; responsible for payroll and benefits; maintains inventory control system for fixed assets; performs insurance management. Facility responsibilities include safety and maintenance of six buildings, compliance with OSHA, ADA and other regulations, management of contracted maintenance and construction work. Supervises office and maintenance staff. Works with staff in development of policies, procedures, and planning for the Library.
- Qualifications/Requirements: Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field with a minimum of five years business experience with progressive levels of responsibility or an equivalent combination of education, training, and management experience. Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and personal computer including word processing and spreadsheets. Must have ability to perform fiscal planning. Must meet bonding requirements.
