Proven ability to coordinate and complete projects is important, as Reference Supervisor will work with the Director to complete ongoing projects in the Reference Department. |
| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
Candidate must have foward vision and positive attitude. Strong competency in the use of online catalogs, Internet, online databases, e-mail and office software is essential. Bachelor's Degree required; MLS preferable. Customer service excellence with both internal and external clients is vital attribute for applicant. Minimum of one-year supervisory experience required. |
