| Principal Duties: | SSupervise a team of 9 to 10 branch managers, serving geographically clustered branches in Cleveland’s diverse neighborhoods. The Team Manager will have lateral responsibility for system-wide and departmental initiatives and programs that lead to increased utilization. The Team Manager will be the key member of the management team for branches reporting directly to the Head, Branches & Outreach Services. |
| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
Accredited MLS. Minimum of 4 years post MLS experience in public libraries, preferably in branch service delivery. Minimum 5 years experience in library management. At least 3 years supervision. Strong sensitivity and understanding of diverse urban populations and their needs. |
