| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
MLIS/MLS from a ALA accredited library school; minimum 4yr. post Masters experience in library management, at least 3years in supervision; ability to multi-task, ability to interact with strong sensitivity/understanding of diverse urban populations of all educational levels & their needs, expertise in subject area of business and economics, experience in marketing and excellent communication skills. Must have a high energy level, the ability to comprehend and enforce the collection development policy of the institution and a thorough knowledge of working in a union environment.
