Title: Retrospective Collections Center Manager (Library Assistant IV)

Principal Duties: This position has a multi-faceted role to ensure the accuracy of collections at the University Library offsite Collections Center and at the National Underground Storage facility, Iron Mountain in Pennsylvania. The Retrospecive Collections Center Manager(RCC) provides assistance with journal inventory projects and other collection management assignments related to the collections by providing speedy retrieval and delivery of needed information resources that are not held in University Library''s Kelvin Smith Library. The Retrospective Collections Center Manager Coordinates a dynamic and essentially growing program to relocate less-used materials from University Library and branches to the Cedar Avenue Service Center library storage facility. This position manages and develops the storage facility''s, collection, circulation, processing activities and user services. The RCC Manager has primary responsibilities for security, daily consortium activities, retrievals for members of the Case community, and the coordination of collection material between the offsite locations, branch libraries and the Kelvin Smith Library.

Requirements:
Four years of library experience is required, academic library experience preferred. A High School diploma is required; a bachelor''s degree is preferred. Comparable work experience is considered. Supervisory, customer service and circulation/shelving experience is preferred. A valid driver''s license is required.
