Hours:	Full time, 37.5 hours per week, flexible scheduling required including some evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
Salary:	$35,900 - $39,000 annually
Principal Duties:	Medina Library is looking for a dynamic, innovative individual to join our team to develop, coordinate and implement programs for our teen patrons and to serve as a link to schools and community groups. Help coordinate and direct the operation of the Reference and Adult Services Department of the Medina Library. Directly supervise library pages including interviewing, training, scheduling, and evaluating. Provide direct library services to patrons of all ages performing reference, readerís advisory, and programming with a special emphasis on teen programming and services. Assist in young adult collection development and act as YA resource for staff. Report to Library Manager.
Qualifications/ Requirements:	Candidate must possess an ALA accredited Master''s Degree in Library Science; minimum of two years public library experience; excellent communication skills; knowledge of YA literature; knowledge and skills in teen and adult services and programming, electronic information resources, and readerís advisory; ability to handle multiple tasks; and ability to be a team member. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
