Title:	Reference Librarian
Organization:	Lakeland Community College Library
Location:	Our Lake County location is within 25 miles of the greater Cleveland area
Hours:	Full-time position, beginning August 16,

Principal Duties:	Plan and conduct library instruction. Provide reference services for students, faculty, staff and community patrons. Maintain a close working liaison with faculty to facilitate faculty awareness of resources, library instruction, and collection development. Assist in collection development to maintain the collection as a useful resource for patrons. Assist with library publicity. Write reports as needed/requested. Coordinate the work of the library staff and student assistants on special projects as needed, and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Requirements:	ALA-accredited MLS or MLIS and teaching, reference, and academic library experience. Knowledge of current trends in information literacy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a close working liaison with faculty and staff and the ability to conduct library instruction.
