| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
Masters Degree from an ALA accredited library school with 3-4 years of public libary experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must have a strong knowledge of children''s reference and biblographic resources. Ability to develop, coordinate and implement programs and to direct the work of others. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, public speaking ability, interpersonal skills along with strong organizational skills. Requires an enthusiastic commitment to customer service along with the ability to keep consistent and reliable statistics. Ability to work some evenings and weekends. |
