| Principal Duties: | Bryant & Stratton College is looking for engaging, dynamic Information Literacy Instructors to plan and teach credit bearing information literacy courses. This position requires demonstrated experience in instructional planning, design, and evaluation, intensive work in a networked teaching and learning enviornment as well as substantial knowledge of and experience with electronic and print resources, Internet applications, and emerging technologies. A strong knowledge of current information literacy theories and practices as well as an eagerness to teach undergraduates in a classroom setting is essential. |
| Qualifications/ Requirements: |
Candidates must have an ALA accredited MLS or MLIS. Teaching experience and/or ability to develop instructional tools and assessments highly desired. The successful candidate must posess excellent communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to speak before groups and work in a collaborative enviornment. Finalists must complete a teaching demonstration. |
