Title: Training Coordinator
Organization: Medina County District Library
Location: Medina Administration Annex
Hours: Part-time; 20 hours/week; Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Salary: $16.53/hr + prorated benefits
Principal Duties: Implements and coordinates the system-wide staff training program. Responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments; coordinating the development and design of training modules for each staff position; coordinating and/or conducting training sessions including arranging for instructors and scheduling sessions; maintaining records; evaluating training programs; and assisting with other projects as needed.
Qualifications/
Requirements:
ALA accredited MLS or within 6 hours and six months of graduation; coursework in adult education and/or staff development; minimum of two years experience in adult education/staff development; knowledge of adult training techniques, needs assessment techniques, organizational development strategies; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
