Title: Technical Services Librarian

Hours:Full-time, one year appointment
Salary:Commensurate with qualifications
Principal duties:Cataloging and classification of library materials, including authority control, and processing of government documents and nonprint materials. Assists in electronic system administration. The position is classified as administrative with faculty rank.
Qualifications/Requirements:Master's degree (or equivalent) in Library Science and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff. Preference will be given to applicants with a knowledge of AACR2, MARC formats, LC classification, LCSH, OCLC PRISM, CatMe Plus, Innovative Interfaces, and microcomputer applications. A foreign language a plus.
