Skills Track Registration
Intended for new and newly appointed managers, or managers who never had an opportunity for formal training.

CAMLS has built a comprehensive curriculum of sequential course work featuring nationally known library professionals, consultants and educators.

Participants will come away from this learning experience with practical tools for leadership and management that are well grounded in theory and research.

Managers are charged to manage people, technology and projects. But fundamentally, managers manage with the primary purpose of supporting the mission of their institution. This thread-Managing to Support Mission-will be woven through the coursework of practical skills training.

Designed especially for the newer manager, 14 days of nonresidential training spread over nine months will equip new leaders with the tools they need to manage effectively.
