Valerie Farschman, a former teacher and current high school drama director, with an extensive background in theatre, delights audiences of all ages by portraying characters that encourage reading, many of them from popular stories. She has been entertaining audiences (especially in schools and libraries) throughout Ohio since 1988. She utilizes storytelling, puppetry, and audience participation to make her characters come alive. Favorites have been Silly Milly (a foolish maid who emulates Amelia Bedelia), Mother Goose, Sally Ann Whirlwind, and Little Red. Call her for a more complete brochure.
