Prerequisite: Advanced Windows 95 and basic hardware knowledge or working knowledge of: the Windows 95 environment, working with windows, menus, and files, network components, administering a network, OSI Reference Model, memory, hard disks, CPUs, ports and adaptors, and basic input/output
Hours: 35 (5 days) This class is designed for the person who is responsible for supporting Windows 95 users. You'll learn how to setup, configure and support PCS using the Windows 95 operating system.
