All of us are spending more time teaching our customers how to use electronic resources. More libraries are doing formal classroom training of web-based information. But what about backup training materials when the Net goes down? Or outreach programs and training programs where there is no Internet connection or phone line? Or all you want to do is show your Board the latest resources without the unpredictability of the Net. This workshop will give you hands-on experience with current presentation technologies and techniques for taking the Web with you wherever you train.

| David Bullock is the Audiovisual Specialist at Cuyahoga County Public Library where he produces training and presentation support media. He conducts OPAC and Internet training and provides presentation skills coaching. Dave also applies his tools as a CAMLS /OPLIN Trainer. He has conducted sessions for OLC, NOLA, NORWELD and MOLO during his 10 years at CCPL. |
