This half-day session will provide an opportunity to use an EQ self-assessment instrument to gain insight into 20 areas of personal capability, including emotional self-awareness and expression, resilience, creativity, outlook, intuition, and personal power. Participants will then analyze their self-assessments and use them to improve EQ vulnerabilities or to build on EQ strengths. |

Prerequisite: Those who have already taken the CAMLS six-hour course in Emotional Intelligence |

Kim Langley, M.Ed., is the president of LifeBalance Enterprises, Inc. Kim is a 14-year veteran in professional training, conducting 200 workshops annually for corporations, professional groups, and associations. She is also an active member of the Cleveland chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. |
