Presenter
Maureen Sullivan is an Organizational Development Consultant whose practice focuses on strategic planning, leadership development, organizational change, and learning and staff development for libraries.
Marshall Keys is the former Executive Director of NELINET who is now a consultant to libraries and other information organizations.
