Formerly called Access Advanced, this two-day course has been restructured to include several new topics as well as modifying existing topics. “Many to many” relationships are examined more in depth than before, and students are given a project to create a database utilizing a many to many relationship. Create great looking reports. Reporting features have been greatly expanded upon. Learn to sort and group reports on common sets of data, perform sectional formatting, and control page numbering. You will also create subreports to display relational sets of data, modify the report header, and add graphics. More functional forms. This course will teach you to make better use of forms by using property codes and formula expressions. Learn how to create and apply hidden fields and object controls to forms for relational data entry and printing. You will also learn to recognize query snapshots and dynasets, create AutoLookup queries, and use macros to control the flow of information on forms. You will also use VBA controls to create data lookups, drop down boxes, and list boxes.

People who want to learn how to create a fully functioning database application utilizing advanced data entry forms, advanced queries, and reports. Prerequisite: Microsoft Access Basic
