In this half-day class you will learn how to create printable forms as well as forms that can be used for online data entry. Topics include the creation of text boxes, check boxes, and drop down controls. Text boxes will be used to stored numeric entries, dates and times, and memo fields. You will also learn how to control the flow of information through the use of tables. A brief introduction to VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) will be used to create interactive online entry forms. Finally, you will learn how to apply form level protection to the final document and store it for future use in the form of a template.
 
Intended Audience
Anyone wishing to know how to create online forms for both printing and online entry. Prerequisite: Microsoft Word Basic
