This half-day workshop will help you assess the effectiveness of your outreach services and discover how to make these services extend even further. Visit a wide variety of outreach services, measure workload and staffing, determine cost to your organization, take a look at the value of outreach services within the organization and most importantly, assess the impact of outreach services on the bottom line and on the voting community.

Presenter
Carol Sheffer is Deputy Director for Planning and Development of the Queens Borough Public Library in New York and has been with QBPL since 1993. Formerly of the Lorain Public Library, she is an ALA award recipient and a recognized authority on outreach services.
