As more of our work is done in groups and teams, the need for effective facilitators in our organizations has become evident. This workshop will help you become an effective facilitator. She has more than twenty years of experience as a consultant on strategic planning, leadership & staff development, and organizational change. Her experience includes twelve years as the human resources administrator in the libraries at the University of Maryland and Yale. Ms. Sullivan is a past president of the Association of College and Research Libraries. She was president of the Library Administration and Management Association for the 1988-89 term. Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. and Library Science degree from the University of Maryland.
