Hiring pay range is $11.63 to $15.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. |
| Principal Duties: |
Time is split between staff training and public technology training. Duties include providing customer-focused staff training classes, providing customer-focused public technology training classes, seeking out and developing opportunities for community technology training, assisting in-house customers of all ages with computer-related problems in a busy public service environment and assisting with the development of instructional materials. |
Qualifications/
Requirements: |
Practical training experience, library experience, computer expertise (including Microsoft Office), a customer service focus, and excellent oral and written communication required. A related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, |
