| Principal Duties: |
Duties include providing customer-focused technology training classes, seeking out and developing opportunities for community technology training, and assisting in-house customers of all ages with computer-related problems in a busy public service environment. |
Qualifications/
Requirements: |
Practical training experience, computer expertise (including Microsoft Office), a customer service focus, and excellent oral and written communication skills required. An ability to identify and cultivate training opportunities in the community is a must. |
