CAMLS has partnered with the technology training and consulting
firm, Software Answers to develop a program that reduces technology service costs for all CAMLS members.
CAMLS member libraries vary widely in their technology profiles. Many of our members have technology staff to address the day-to-day needs of thier libraries, while CLEVNET fulfills a support role for many of the smaller public libraries. The level of technology sophisitication among our membership has made CAMLS unique among Ohio's regionals, who all provide technology support to thier mostly-rural libraries. Until now, CAMLS has had no program in place to provide technical assistance to our members.
As one of Ohio's leading technology consulting firms, Software Answers is uniquely qualified to address most of your technology service issues. In addition, Software Answers can fulfill any of your hardware needs through its partnership with Business Smarts, a firm that many CAMLS members deal with regularly.
Through this program, all members are eligible to receive discounts of 50% to 70% on technology services, including website design and development, hardware installations, software upgrades and more. In addition, Software Answers will be offering certain special consulting services for free to all CAMLS members as a part of this program.
Caryn Avante is our representative from Software Answers. Caryn will be setting up a time to visit with each director and IT staff to explain the program benefits and to answer any of your questions.
